Submission Deadlines

CYCLE 1: May 1, 2023 |  CYCLE 2: OCTOBER 31, 2023

Grant Guidelines

1. The Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals.

2. Grants received after the submission deadline will be considered in the following cycle.

3. All proposals should be submitted by email.


Basic Proposal

Organizations invited to submit a proposal for less than $15,000 should email the following:

1. COVER LETTER

A brief overview of the organization including:

  • contact information

  • organization background

  • who the organization serves

  • a summary of your project

2. FINANCIALS

  • project budget

  • organization budget (incl. previous year comparison)

  • audited financial statements

3. GOVERNANCE

  • a list of your Board of Directors and key officers

4. IRS DETERMINATION LETTER, OR EXPENDITURE RESPONSIBILITY  (non-U.S. based charities)

  • national NGO certificate of registration

  • district certificate of registration (if any)


Full Proposal

Organizations invited to submit a proposal for $15,000 or more should also email the following:

5. IMPACT

  • theory of change

  • proposed grant activities

  • timeline of activities

  • expected impact

  • how impact will be measured

  • expected challenges

  • collaborations

6. OTHER

  • current strategic plan

  • most recent annual report

  • plan for reporting
